Parent intake and document collection
 

Review of existing IEP for further areas of development, gaps, verification of goals,
progress and achievement.
 

Review of data for standardized tests scores, IEP goals achieved, report cards and any
historical data

Review quarterly IEP status updates, report cards, progress reports, standardized
testing and interface with school personnel to better understand whether IEP goals are
appropriate and are achievable. Interim follow-ups to new goals can be included.
